Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application that allows you to organize information and data in rows and columns. This organizational structure allows for easy sorting and analysis of the information.
For example, if each key verse is in a single cell in one column, you can sort the column Alphabetically. This will allow you to see which key verses start with the same words. And you don't have to alphabetize the verses yourself in a manual manner.
Excel is also the best tool for writing quiz questions and constructing lists for study.
I wrote up some Tips on Microsoft Excel here.
